Happy new year, everyone

Was wondering if someone could chime in on an issue I’m having with my Haslab pack.

Painted the pack 84/89 style and may have either dropped the cyclotron cover or maybe stiffened the cover or stiffened the shell with paint. Not the cyclotron cover seems to be loose because the sensor disconnects and the pack either shuts down or doesn’t turn on.

When i put it on the stand and tighten the shock mount and secure the bumper, it turns on fine. But a slight movement of the pack makes it power down. When laying flat, there aren’t any issues just when it’s moved upwards.

Seeing if anyone smarter than me in these things has any suggestions. Any help will be much appreciated.

Maybe getting washer to secure the cyclotron? What’s weird is that when it’s on and laying flat, it works perfectly. But if I push down firmly on the cyclotron cover, it wigs out like there’s an electrical issue. ( cyclotron lights stall, flicker, freeze. )
