Trying to get hold of a flightsuit here in the uk. I’m absolutely skint after shelling out for a pack though, so I’m looking for a budget alternative. There are many websites in the UK that sell ex military gear, is there anything anyone can recommend for a ‘near enough’ suit with the right silhouette. Absolute accuracy isn’t needed.

You won't get an "accurate" suit unless you're lucky on ebay.

I've seen people use khaki coveralls, but all the pockets and collar are wrong.

I've ordered one of these for a friend to use off of Amazon. search for TopTie-Coverall-Zip-Front-Coverall-Khaki.
It was £40 in February, now showing as £54 for a Large.

It isn't accurate but works well, and if you put the name patch over a pocket it looks good.
