First post ever from a long-time lurker. Hi!

Aside from the temperature, any other pros or cons to getting a Summer Nomex suit instead of a standard weight?

The heavier material might also be harder-wearing than the summer material. That's the other thing that most immediately comes to mind.

Where in the UK are you based? I'm about 35-45 minutes outside of London.

Are you too hot in a standard weight Nomex in the summer in the UK?

Or freezing on Halloween with a Summer-weight?

I think I run a little warmer than average so I have found the suit to be a little uncomfortable in summer with my suit (which I think is standard weight).

I've also worn it in close-to-or-below-freezing in London, I paired it up with gloves, a scarf and I think some lightweight trousers or shorts underneath the suit and the cold didn't bother me... We were marching in the New Year's Day Parade so we were moving fairly regularly.
